Update - 7th Jan 2026

I would like to offer a brief update and apologise for the lack of new blog posts over the past couple of weeks. Shortly after Christmas, I was unexpectedly admitted to hospital for ten days. I am now back home and focusing on my recovery. I plan to resume my regular weekly blog schedule over the next couple of weeks, once things return to normal.
